Pineapple7’s small group culinary and cultural tour of Northern Europe and one the most dough-lightful days. We mastered the art of the perfect Parisian croissant in a private class in the City of Light. Chef opened up her commercial kitchen to us and nothing beats the smell of freshly baked pastries, especially when you prepare them yourself! We each made 4 buttery croissants 🥐 and 4 pain du chocolat pastries! Afterwards, we received the recipe and brought our sweet treats
