Phase 1: The Discovery Call

Cost: Complimentary Every journey begins with a conversation. We discuss your goals, preferences, "must-haves," and budget to ensure we are the right fit for your vision.

Phase 2: The Planning Retainers

Once you are ready to move forward with a custom itinerary, our professional design fees begin. These fees cover hours of deep research, coordination with global partners, and VIP management of your trip.

The Pineapple7 Value: For clients booking 4-5 star Virtuoso or Preferred Partner properties, the value of daily breakfast, resort credits, and room upgrades typically exceeds the cost of the planning fee. We do the work; you enjoy the perks.

Phase 3: Logistics & Specialty Services

For stand-alone services or complex logistics, we offer transparent, flat-fee pricing:

• Air Travel Management: $80 per Domestic ticket | $100 per International ticket.

• Cruises & Escorted Tours: $30 per person (ages 12+).

• Non-Commissioned Logistics (Rail, etc.): 15% of the component cost.
