Are you Ready for Real ID?

The Real ID deadline is less than a month away. Are you prepared? If you're planning to fly domestically this year, read on!

Beginning on May 7, 2025, all passengers must have a REAL ID license in order to board a domestic flight. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to present your valid passport.

Does it have a star in the upper right corner? If not, you can easily update your license to be REAL ID ready. Schedule an appointment online on the DMV site, then bring 2 forms of state residency with you such as your mortgage bill and a utility statement. I updated my license, so I’m ready and REAL ID compliant. It's an easy process.
