Caribbean Cooler

Are you a hard cider fan too? This weekend is scheduled to be another scorcher in the DC area! Our friends at Caribbean Cellars and BVI Tourism provided us with this fun slushy recipe to kick-off the weekend.

Angry Hard Cider Slushy

Ingredients:

5 oz Angry Orchard Crisp Apple

1 oz White Rum

0.75 oz Lime Juice

2.5 tbsp White Sugar

4 Strawberries (Can also sub any other seasonal berries that are available)

2 cups Ice

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a rocks glass and garnish with a strawberry.
