Sip & Sail on the Danube with Pineapple7: Fall River Cruise
October 31 - November 7, 2022

If delectable cuisine and fine wine are requirements for your travels, then read on. Join us on a special journey into Old World Europe. We'll get to travel into the very heart of the continent, where empires were built, kings and queens were crowned and some of the world’s greatest music was composed and performed by the likes of Mozart and Beethoven. Grand European cities like Vienna, Bratislava, and Budapest forever remain timeless. Admire the beauty of Salzburg and the Czech Republic’s charming mountain town, ÄŒeský Krumlov. From grand abbeys and fortresses perched high above the Danube to plentiful iconic UNESCO World Heritage Sites, be romanced by the Danube with all her regal and romantic splendor.

We will explore Vienna and Budapest, magnificent capital cities with storybook architecture and the tales to match. On our visit Salzburg, the setting for The Sound of Music, we will stop in Mondsee, home of the Basilica St. Michael where the movie’s wedding scene was filmed. We will taste the flavors of the region, from the delicate, apricot-scented wines of Austria’s Wachau Valley to spicy Hungarian Kolbász sausages to the hearty Bavarian beer at a traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest in Vilshofen. Each bend and twist in the river affords new surprises just waiting to be discovered.
