Cooper Island is located only 5 miles away from Tortola and is one of BVI's 60 islands and cays.
The island has four privately owned properties and the Cooper Island Beach Club. Located on sandy shores of Manchioneel Bay, the Beach Club is an ideal location to watch a magical BVI sunset. FUSCHIA LEMONADE
INGREDIENTS
1.5oz Good Quality White Rum
1.5oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5oz Sugar Syrup
Soda Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients except the soda water. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with soda water. Cheers!
